Dinner: cheese tortellini with sausage and peppers in tomato sauce



Breakfast was 2 cups of coffee and two slices of toast with butter.
Lunch was leftover potatoes au gratin and ~4 oz pork.
Dessert was 2 girl scout cookies and milk.

Gyro salad at Olympians

Greek salad with gyro meat (4-6oz), olives, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and Olympians Greek salad dressing.  I also hijacked some french fries from the wife's plate.

Water to drink.

Snacking on red seedless grapes.

Yum! I love that we are getting back into warm weather.  It makes fruit some much better.

Pan roasted chicken thigh with onions and potatoes.

In olive oil, garlic and italian seasoning

Coffee

I always seem to have one or two cups of coffee from the Keurig.  Regular dark roast with 1-2 teaspoons of Splenda and a splash of half and half.
