early morning workout was good.

Dinner: at Walker's Grille: She-crab soup and Belgian Mussels with bread.

After my son's baseball game a bunch of families took the boys to dinner.

lunch: 1/2 charcoal chicken and salad.

the coleslaw was terrible, so i didn't eat it.

breakfast: 12oz odwalla chocolate protein shake.

dinner: none: worked late in basement data center with no time to escape.

Mother's Day dinner: Sauerkraut Supper

Roast pork and keilbasa in sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and spaetzl. It's a traditional family meal for my wife and she loves it.  I made it for her for Mother's Day.

Brunch after camping:Panera coffee and steak and egg bagel sandwich.
