Dinner:1/2 sweet potato with butter, spinach in garlic/olive oil, broiled salmon with dill/brown sugar butter.

lunch: 4 samosas with date chutney, 1 oz peanuts, half of a ham sandwich

Breakfast: 2 packets Quaker weight control maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal.

and 2 cups of coffee.

Dinner at 11pm

Last night's dinner was a bit on the fly.  I worked from 4-11pm.  When I got home I had a banana, 2 slices of toast with butter and a glass of chocolate milk.

Lunch: bagel with cream cheese and 4oz of salami, and an apple on the side.

Breakfast: coffee and two slices of whole wheat toast with butter

Dinner:half asian chix salad at silver diner

Lunch: Ham and Havarti on white w/mayo.

Two cups of coffee for breakfast.

Dinner: Belgian Beer Braised short ribs, mashed cauliflower, salad

Lunch: leftover pork and slaw.

Breakfast: Cup of coffee and half a bagel with cream cheese.

Roasted pork tenderloin, cole slaw and corn bread

Dinner: Beef Stroganoff with egg noodles and peas.
